Membership in the association is open to any currently certified provider of Behavior Management in the State of Indiana. Association dues are collected from active members on an annual basis in the first quarter of the year.
As you consider membership, please review the following benefits the association can provide:
IN-ABC provides a forum for Behavioral Consultants across the state to network with one another. Sharing resources, resolving systemic conflict and planning for the future of our profession is commonplace amongst IN-ABC members.Other benefits of membership include having a direct link to timely information communicated from state entities, as well participation in educational opportunities, which in some cases offer CEU's at no additional cost to members.
Membership Types / 2010 Dues:
Corporate Membership: Level 1 ($400 per year)
This membership belongs to the individual employee of an agency that employ 4 to 9 behavior specialists. Each employee is a voting member. Fees for professional development opportunities are waived (excludes the annual IN-ABC conference). Access to all association bulletins and publications is permitted for each employee. Corporate Membership: Level 2 ($600 per year)
This membership belongs to agencies that employ 10 or more behavior specialists. Each agency is allowed to cast 12 votes for the Board of Directors as nominated each year. Fees for professional development opportunities are waived (excludes the annual IN-ABC conference). Access to all association bulletins and publications is permitted for each employee. Professional Membership: ($100 per year)
Individual membership for one year. This professional has full voting privileges. Application fee is waived for consideration as a registered behavior consultant. Fees for professional development are waived (excludes the annual IN-ABC conference). Access to all association bulletins and publications is permitted. Retiree Membership: ($250 lifetime)
Individuals who have been professionals in this service industry for at least five years, are retired from employment in this service industry, and are at least 55 years of age are eligible for retiree status. This member does not have voting privileges. A fee of $25 is charged for attendance at each professional development opportunity (full conference fee for annual IN-ABC conference). Access to all association bulletins and publications is permitted. Student Membership: ($50 per year)
Student memberships are available to full-time and part-time students of colleges, universities and other educational institutions working toward a degree in psychology, special education, social work or applied behavior analysis. This member does not have voting privileges. Fees for professional development are waived (excludes annual IN-ABC conference). Access to post requests for internship placements to the membership is allowed.

- Inclusion on the distribution E-list for all correspondence
- A printed copy of the Indiana Association of Behavioral Consultants Code of Ethics
- A printed copy of The Association's By-Laws
- A printed contact list of executive board members and committee chairs
